Only weekly stays from SATURDAY to SATURDAY in summer and winter seasons.

In the off-season, an extended weekend can be arranged (price according to the number of nights).

The price for accommodation includes water consumption, bed linen, towels, tea towels, cot rental, including duvets and sheets, parking at the cottage, barbecue with outdoor seating / summer only /.

The rental price is always charged at the end of the stay actually consumed energy / electricity according to the electricity meter /, wood consumption, recreational fees to the municipality and cleaning 700 CZK for one apartment, 1000 CZK for the whole cottage.

Booking information

An advance of 50% of the final amount for accommodation must be paid within seven days of sending the binding application. If the required amount is not paid within the required deadline, we are entitled to offer this deadline to another applicant.

The supplement is paid by the accommodated on the day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation fee is calculated from the amount of the advance payment.

Cancellation fee:

60 or more days in advance - free of charge.

59-30 days in advance - 50% of the advance price

29 and less days - 100% of the advance payment.

The lessee must make the cancellation in writing / e-mail / and the landlord will notify the lessee of the acceptance of the cancellation also in writing / e-mail /. The date of receipt of the e-mail is decisive.

In the event that the tenant terminates his stay before the agreed date of departure, he is not entitled to any compensation.

The start of the stay is between 4 pm and 6 pm.

Termination on the last day of the rental by 9.30 am.

Upon taking over the building, the tenant will pay a deposit for damages, the so-called deposit of CZK 5,000. The deposit is refundable in full at the end of the lease if there is no damage to the equipment or building caused by the tenants. If the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, the tenant is obliged to pay the damage in full on the spot before departure.
