Each apartment has its own entrance and are fully separated. Facilities for children in the garden – playground and barbecue area are common.

When renting the whole cottage, the apartments can be connected by an otherwise locked double door. (capacity 12 + 2 persons).

The building can be heated by electric heaters or fireplaces. The house has a parking space for several cars. The whole building is strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

The immediate surroundings of the building are monitored by cameras.
